Current Therapy 2013 Vol.31 No.12 87治療薬解説1277状のうち，どれが優位であるか診断基準に照らし合わせて判断し，各薬剤の作用機序・特性を考慮する必要がある．消化管運動調整薬には，表で示すように種々の薬剤が存在し，FGID治療に効果的である可能性が示されている．しかし，一部の薬剤を除き保険適用がないことも事実であり，確実な症状改善効果を得るにはその数はまだまだ不十分とされている．したがって，ともすれば症状が遷延化しがちであるFGIDの領域では，有効な薬剤の選択肢を広げることも重要である．今後これら既存の薬剤を用いた大規模臨床試験による保険適用の承認，さらには消化管運動ならびに内臓知覚過敏に関連した新規治療薬20） の開発など期待されている．参考文献1）Lee KJ, Vos R, Janssens J, et al：Influence of duodenal acidificationon the sensorimotor function of the proximal stomachin humans.
