総論薬の配合剤が最も多く，次いでACE阻害薬と利尿薬，β遮断薬と利尿薬の配合剤の順である10）．Ⅴおわりにわが国における降圧薬の配合剤はEUと同様にARBと利尿薬の配合剤が頻用されている．最近では，ARBとCa拮抗薬の配合剤も用いられている．これらの降圧薬は，いずれも心血管イベントの発症予防という降圧治療の真のエンドポイントが検証されたものである．配合剤はこれまで服薬のアドヒアランス向上や，医療経済の面から論じられている．今後は血圧の変動に対する処置において，ARBと利尿薬の組み合わせと，ARBとCa拮抗薬の組み合わせのいずれが降圧治療を円滑に行えるかという観点からの検討も必要であろう．参考文献1）Report of the Joint National Committee on Detection, Evaluation,and Treatment of High Blood Pressure.
