Ⅴおわりに『高血圧治療ガイドライン』では，2剤の降圧薬で目標降圧値に達せない場合，3剤目に利尿薬が入っていないときは，利尿薬を追加することを推奨している10）．すでに海外では3剤合剤が発売されており，わが国でも臨床治験が始まっている．このように合剤が多数発売され，実地臨床で使われるようになったのも，その併用に伴う降圧効果の相加，相乗効果，安全面での相補的効果もあるが，単剤そのものが，副作用が少なく安心して使用できるからである．参考文献1）Frohlich ED：The first Irvine H.
